Finding HD video 4 min 2014
Finding is a small, poetic, multimedia work inviting audiences to sit and crochet in a claustrophobic/intimate, irregular brick closet behind an antique fireplace and watch a memory of my grandfather’s failed polar expedition. As the character makes and unmakes his yarn in the film, he reveals his regret about a decision he was forced to make in the field that ended their efforts north to the Pole.
