Heddi Siebel is a multi-disciplinary artist who studied at Middlebury College, Rhode Island School of Design, and Yale University. She printed professionally for artists in Boston and San Francisco before joining the faculty of Wellesley College and the Massachusetts College of Art and the visiting faculty of Harvard University and Rhode Island School of Design. Her work has been exhibited at the Allan Stone Gallery, New York; the Marilyn Pearl Gallery, New York; the List Arts Center, Cambridge. MA; the DeCordova Museum, Lincoln, MA; the Fuller Art Museum, Brockton, MA; the Andrea Marquit and Beth Urdang Galleries, Boston, MA; the Boston Public Library, Wellesley College, Harvard University, Massachusetts College of Art, Amherst College, and Boston University, among others. She has permanent art installations at the Maritime Museum, Norwalk, CT, and the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Monitor Global Headquarters, Cambridge, MA. She received a Fulbright Scholar Award and a National Geographic Expeditions Council grant for an interdisciplinary project in Norway and the Arctic Circle. She is the recipient of a 2001 Berkshire Taconic Foundation grant in printmaking, and a 2005 LEF Foundation Moving Image Award. Her prints and paintings are in private collections, and the permanent collections of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; the DeCordova Museum, Lincoln, MA; the Boston Public Library; and the Yale Art Gallery.
